This Sri Tattva Nimbu Achar has the perfect balance of tangy lemon and mustard oil. With 64% lemon pieces, you actually get big chunks instead of just masala. The spice level is medium to hot with that proper mustard oil kick I love. I also appreciate that it uses 11% edible mustard oil and iodised salt, with no artificial colors. It comes in a 300g glass jar that looks fresh and vibrant. Just 1 spoon makes dal-rice amazing. Plus it’s a Product of India and a part of the sale supports Art of Living projects too. Highly recommend!
