I am 79+. Both my knees are giving pain while walking. They get hot and swell too. During sitting or sleeping, there is no problem. While getting up to stand there is excruating pain.
The slip inside the bottle says, -- 2/3 tablets 2/3 times in a day.
Most sites advice, --- one tablet before meals. It is not clear whether both meals during the day or only once.
Some sites ssy, --- 1 tablet twice daily. Not clear as to before meals or after meals.

As i am taking one METMORPHINE tablet before breakfast at 9.00, i have started taking one SANDHIMITRA tablet 30 minutes after breakfast ie. at 10.00 am. I have started this tablet from yesterday (10.8.2025).
Am i doing right.
