Giloy , popularly also known as Guduchi or Amruth has been traditionally used in Ayurveda for its multiple health benefits. I tried to consume it once a day. I used it along with another weight loss juice ( shape up, 7 herbs). I do not get cold often. It reduces my appetite a little bit. Either i get headache or body pain or less energy or abdominal discomfort, when continuing to use it.
