Sri Sri Tattva's Quinoa is very nutritious and cooks within 10 minutes after soaking it for 30 minutes to 1 hour. It just needs to be washed before soaking (atleast 4 times to remove any bitterness). I have eaten it for breakfast by mixing Kodo Millets and Little Millets. Also, people who are diabetic or have heart diseases do not need too many carbohydrates, so eating rice is a problem. Mixing Quinoa with rice makes it better, since Quinoa is a high protein food and (white) rice is carbohydrates.
