  • Drain the water.
  • Add one cup milk to the millet and let the two cook for five minutes on medium flame.

  • Pour a thin layer of the batter mix on a hot tawa greased with oil in a circular motion.

  1. Soak half a cup of millet in water for 15-30 minutes.

  6. Shallow fry the patty on a pan with a bit of oil.

  • Add half cup of softened butter, a few drops of vanilla essence, half cup of brown sugar and a pinch of salt to the mix.
  • Knead the mixture until you achieve a doughy texture.
  • Make small balls of the mixture and place them in a preheated oven.
  • Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes!
