Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) Brahmi strengthens the innate immune response in the body.  Antioxidants in brahmi can also scavenge free radicals and enhance the activity of the natural antioxidants in the body.

Amruth (Guduchi): is considered to be one of Ayurveda's most famous adaptogens. An adaptogen supports normal immune function and the body's natural response to daily stress and helps bring the body back into balance. Guduchi helps increase the effectiveness of protective white blood cells and helps in building the body's own defense mechanism (immune system). Guduchi supports the normal function of the immune system by supporting normal levels of white blood cells like macrophages.
