Emblica officinalis enhances vitality and immunity and also has antidiabetic, hypolipidemic, antibacterial, antioxidant, antiulcerogenic, hepatoprotective, gastroprotective, and chemopreventive properties.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera): While ashwagandha has a variety of benefits, the most widely recognized one is its ability to modulate and boost the immune system. It increases the number of pathogen-fighting agents like WBC and platelets, the levels of the key proteins IL2 and IFNγ, and the amount and variety of antibodies. It also fights chronic stress, which debilitates the immune system.

Bringaraj (Eclipta alba): Eclipta alba offers significant properties for treatment of various diseases. The pharmacological profile exhibits it to be good for its good antimicrobial activity, antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory activity, antitumor activity, immunostimulatory activities, hepatoprotective activity, hypolipidemic activity, etc. 6

Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) Brahmi strengthens the innate immune response in the body.  Antioxidants in brahmi can also scavenge free radicals and enhance the activity of the natural antioxidants in the body.

Amruth (Guduchi): is considered to be one of Ayurveda's most famous adaptogens. An adaptogen supports normal immune function and the body's natural response to daily stress and helps bring the body back into balance. Guduchi helps increase the effectiveness of protective white blood cells and helps in building the body's own defense mechanism (immune system). Guduchi supports the normal function of the immune system by supporting normal levels of white blood cells like macrophages.

Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis):

is used in treatment of many disorders like anxiety, insomnia and to promote longevity and prevent diseases by providing strength and immunity. It has antioxidant activities and is also used as a brain and nervous tonic.

Satavari (Asparagus racemosa) is commonly used for regaining vitality and vigor by stimulating the immune system. Various research studies have shown that satavari increases the phagocytic index: the killing capacity of immune cells called macrophages in a dose-dependent manner.
